BJJ Fundamental Classes are focused on drilling technique. Asking questions to understand position and movement is highly encouraged. As much as people enjoy rolling/sparring, it is important to understand the technique to apply to your rolls.
Advanced BJJ Classes are focused on learning more advanced technique, or combination drilling, as well as involve live rolling/sparring. This class is much faster paced and requires prior approval from instructor to attend if you are not an advanced belt rank.
No Gi Jiu-Jitsu Classes are focused on flow grappling and submission. Classes consist of warm ups, drilling technique, and live rolling/sparring.
